We are seeking a Support Worker to join the Mudgee Community Care team on a casual basis. In this role, you will support our clients in the areas of:

  • Personal care needs, assistance with meals, general housework and occasional gardening
  • Social support including shopping, attendance at client appointments, and general errands
  • Providing services in accordance with Client Care Plans and reporting on client related concerns
  • Championing for our client’s rights and in respecting our client’s as individuals and their needs


You will be dedicated to supporting our clients by possessing or willing to work towards obtaining the following required and desired attributes:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) Clearance
  • Certificate of Completion of the NDIS ‘Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You’
  • Current Influenza and COVID Vaccination (or willing to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Full Driver’s License with access to a third party insured vehicle
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
  • Physical capacity to carry out the duties required, including house & manual work
  • The right to work in Australia
