An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate ICT Data & Automation Analyst to join our passionate ICT team located in Glenfield on a permanent full-time basis. 

Joining a fast-paced ICT team, this position will report to the ICT Data & Analytics Lead and will be responsible for building out a suite of PowerBI dashboards, data integration between Apps, using the latest Microsoft Data fabric, Modern Data Warehouse, Enterprise Service Bus toolset.  

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years' experience in an ICT Data & Analytics focused role, and relevant technical experience in most of the following: 

  • Develop PowerBI reports and dashboards to provide insights that drive business decisions.
  • Assist with the development and refining of business reporting requirements, from various stakeholders, to support the data integration and data schemas required to enable effective and efficient business processes and decision making.
  • Ensure the quality of data sets used for reporting and integrations; assisting business data owners with effective data quality management activities to sustain the systems and maximise the value of our data assets.
  • Monitor & support integration pipelines in Azure Synapse for optimal data flow between business systems and the data warehouse/lake.
  • Utilise Azure Logic Apps to create efficient system integration workflows.
  • Provide support for Power Automate flows to ensure smooth system integrations.
  • Support the Data & Integration Lead role with analysis of current internal and external data sources, and trends, to grow and sustain the organisations data warehouse/lake.
  • Engage and take actions from Data & Analytic strategy/project meetings and workshops, ensuring prompt attention and completion of tasks.
  • Support CI/CD, Dev-Test-Prod workflow, and Master Data Management processes.
  • Creation of documentation to support the rollout, implementation and daily practises associated with the use, maintenance and continuous improvement of PowerBI, Power Automate flows, and other integration tools and mechanisms used across the business.
