You are passionate about wellbeing and experienced in leading and supporting teams to achieve high-quality offerings. Your strong collaborative skills will be essential when working with the Quality, Clinical, Support Services, Wellbeing Team, amongst others, as we focus on enriching the lives of those we care for and making a real difference.

Leveraging your technical skills and compliant mindset, you will participate in yearly accreditations, ensuring all documentation, such as care plans, wellbeing and lifestyle evaluations and assessments are completed properly.

As the Wellbeing and Lifestyle Manager and part of the leadership team for Whiddon Redhead, your drive for excellence will be evident in every interaction. You will lead from the front, making every moment meaningful and demonstrating to your team the importance of relationships, resident interactions, participation, and a holistic approach to care.

Whiddon has a relationship-based care approach to delivering all clinical and wellbeing services, focusing on relationship building and understanding our residents’ lives, experiences, passions, hobbies, and interests. We strive to meet our residents’ emotional, social, and clinical needs through our MyLife model of care.

We are a not-for-profit organisation, but more importantly, we are like one big family, treating each of our residents, families, and team members with passion, care, and respect. We are hoping you will join our fantastic Whiddon family at Redhead on a permanent full-time basis.

Candidates must have Certificate IV or Diploma in Leisure and Health; experience leading a team and experience working with people with dementia (preferably in an Aged Care environment). Additional qualification in dementia-specific care or extensive experience are  preferred.
