You’re an experienced Procurement Officer with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Your communication is impeccable, you have a real knack for building rapport and maintaining strong working relationships with your key stakeholders.

You are no stranger to documenting processes and guidelines, and you come with functional IT skills including the use of MS Office suite. You have demonstrated ability playing a key part of a dynamic and deadline-driven team environment and you are well versed in complying with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.

As the Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for a range of procurement/commercial related activities, including analysing submission documents and presenting to key decision-makers, drafting contracts and developing strategies to best achieve cost benefits.

You come with sound understanding of the RFx process and you are familiar with the development of related documents. You have demonstrated experience with the development of category-based requirements used for the purposes of drafting engagement documents. You also have a working understanding of implementing and maintaining cost reduction strategies.

You have proven experience supporting tender processes, assisting with troubleshooting procurement related matters in collaboration with key stakeholders. While aged or health care experience is not essential, it will be highly regarded.
