We are hoping you will join our fantastic Whiddon Family in our Customer Liaison Team, based in Glenfield, on a Fixed term 10 months contract on a full-time basis (working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5 pm).

As a Customer Liaison Officer, your role will include delivering quality customer service to all our callers, managing shared inboxes and phone calls, precise data entry and record keeping, while working towards KPIs.
