We are hoping you will join our fantastic Whiddon family in Beaudesert QLD, on a five (5) month fixed term basis (maternity leave cover).
THE ESSENTIALS
As the Residential Services Manager, you will need to have a passion for people and a desire to make a real difference to the lives of Older Australians and individuals living with a disability, along with being committed to providing a high standard of customer service. In addition, we are looking for a candidate who also has:
- Currently AHPRA Registered Nurse Registration.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a leadership position in aged or health care.
- Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong business acumen including financial management, analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot.
- An understanding of the principles of person-centred care and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
