People & Culture Coordinator

Apply now Job no: 493762
Work type: Full time
Location: Glenfield
Categories: People & Culture

You’re an HR professional at the start of your career, and you have a passion for all things people, culture, talent, and learning. You thrive in an environment that is fast paced, where no two days are the same and you have a strong appreciation for what it means to be a team player.

As the People and Culture Coordinator, you are responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Culture team across the employee lifecycle. As the Coordinator, you are the first line of enquiry for a variety of people, culture, talent, learning and development matters, providing routine advice and support to key stakeholders.

While this role is administratively focused, as the Coordinator, you play a vital role in supporting the team with a wide variety of matters including drafting employment related documents and communications, leave management support, coordinating our probation review process and supporting the team with employee performance related matters. Additionally, your role also includes providing support with our recognition program, LMS administration, events, onboarding of new employees, advertising opportunities, visa sponsorship administration and report coordination.

While not essential, you will be a standout candidate if you have previous experience working in an HR administrative or customer service role and knowledge of an HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Knowledge and experience interpreting Awards and Agreements, along with intranet page management will both be highly regarded.

We’re hoping you’ll join our fantastic Whiddon family in our Support Services team where we enjoy a hybrid working model. This role will be based at Glenfield and is a permanent full-time opportunity
