You’re experienced in end-to-end recruitment, with a background in successful handling a range of competing recruitment priorities, including visa sponsorship, ideally in the health or aged care industry (although not essential). You’ve got a real passion for people, you’re a strong brand advocate and you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
You are extremely organised and methodical in your approach, you are no stranger to building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and you have impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You love to work as part of a team, collaborating to support the implementation of efficient and streamlined recruitment systems and processes.
You are familiar with bulk recruitment, and you have knowledge and/or previous exposure to other facets of People and Culture. You are a process and procedure expert, and you are an innovative thinker who isn’t afraid to share your ideas and give new strategies a go. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you partner with our leaders to understand their needs, creating tailored recruitment solutions and utilising your creativity to uncover top talent.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting with a broad range of talent related activities, including end-to-end recruitment at times, implementing new or improved recruitment strategies and sourcing top talent across a broad range of positions. Additionally you will be working closely with the business to drive down agency spend and focus on direct recruitment, including international recruitment, and supporting the talent team with other projects such as the EVP, benefits program and our Volunteer Program.
