An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate ICT Infrastructure Team Lead to join our passionate ICT team located in Glenfield on a permanent full-time basis. 

Joining a fast-paced ICT team, this position will report directly to the General Manager ICT and will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organisations ICT cloud and on-premises infrastructure. The ICT Infrastructure Team Lead will be required to apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of ICT resources within the organisation; in addition to leading a small team comprising internal and consulting technicians. 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years' experience in an ICT Infrastructure focused role, and relevant technical experience in the following: 

  • Microsoft Azure & Microsoft EntraID 

  • Microsoft Server platforms including SQL Server 

  • Management of Microsoft InTune 

  • Management of Azure Virtual Machine, Virtual Desktops, and related resources. 

  • Management and configuration of Fortinet wired and wireless networking equipment 

  • Management of Nutanix Hyper converged infrastructure 

  • Identification & implementation of Sophos XDR / related endpoint technologies 

  • Management of Cybersecurity activities including vulnerability management, patch management and incident investigation 

While note essential, the ideal candidate will also come with experience in managing and maintaining nurse call systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems
