You’re an Executive Administration Assistant with a passion for people and making a difference every day. We are in search of a team member who is interested in a permanent full-time opportunity, in our Executive Administration team within our Support Services team in Glenfield (hybrid).
Working closely with the Executive team and various other key stakeholders across the business, you will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change. You love the idea of no two days being the same and you really enjoy working as part of a team.
Your written and verbal communication skills are impeccable, your attention to detail is second to none and your ability to prioritise and manage your own workload is spot on. You are the kind of individual who is a real go-getter, and you understand the importance of achieving deadlines.
If you are a fast learner with previous experience in an Administration role or looking to expand your knowledge in this regard, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administration activities, including but not limited to travel bookings, minute taking, answering and redirecting phone calls, filing, setting up meeting rooms and events preparing documents and liaising with a range of key stakeholders.
