Step into a role where you’ll be at the heart of implementing and monitoring exciting well-being activities, along with Relationship Based Care (RBC), for our residents and clients across homes from Wingham to Beaudesert (QLD).

As the Area Wellbeing, Lifestyle, and RBC Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a wide range of activities and programs designed to enrich the lives of those we care for. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the implementation of a comprehensive wellbeing framework and ensuring every moment is meaningful for our residents and clients.

THE ROLE

  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our established Wellbeing & Lifestyle team, known for their creative engagement with residents. Your expertise in Aged Care standards compliance and documentation will be valued.
  • Lead with Excellence: Your leadership will shine through in every interaction, as you inspire the teams to prioritise relationships, resident interactions, and participation. You’ll champion a holistic approach to care, making a tangible difference every day.
  • Engage and Communicate: With impeccable written and verbal communication skills, you’ll connect with individuals at all levels. Your passion for people, whether it’s the onsite teams, our residents and clients, or leaders, will drive you to deliver a quality wellbeing program that supports not only our residents and clients but also home care clients and retirement living residents.

THE ESSENTIALS

  • Must have Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent
  • Experience in Managing dementia-specific services, workplace training, and leadership/management in this field highly regarded
  • Must be willing to travel regularly to homes in Wingham, Laurieton, Maclean, Grafton, Casino, Kyogle, and Beaudesert (QLD). 
  • Flexible base location, preferably in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.
