THE ROLE

As the Residential Services Manager, you will oversee 111 beds, ensuring every resident receives the care and attention they deserve. You will work alongside experienced, passionate, and collaborative colleagues to deliver person-centred care within our MyLife model. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of care professionals.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents in line with the MyLife model of care.
  • Managing and maintaining excellent standards of care for older Australians and individuals living with a disability.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative environment where resident feedback is valued and acted upon.
  • Overseeing staffing levels to ensure the right balance of care and support is consistently delivered.

The ESSENTIALS

  • Current AHPRA Registered Nurse Registration.
  • Experience in a leadership position in aged care or health care.
  • Strong experience in dementia care best practice is essential
  • A solid understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial management, analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot.
  • An understanding of person-centred care principles and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
