We’re excited to offer a new opportunity to join Team Whiddon as our Project & Change Enablement Manager. This is a permanent, full-time role responsible for leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and evaluation—while embedding change management practices to ensure smooth transitions for employees and stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll balance responsibilities across Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management. To succeed, you’ll bring:

  • Relevant degree in Business, ICT, Change, or related field (postgraduate desirable).
  • Certification/Knowledge of project management principles (PRINCE2, PMBOK or equivalent).
  • Certification/Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
  • 4+ years in project management and/or business analysis on system implementation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and expertise in workshop facilitation
  • A track record of developing and executing change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement approaches, and training programs
  • A healthcare/ Aged care experience will be highly regarded.

You’ll be confident conducting change impact and readiness assessments and collaborating with leaders to address stakeholder concerns and resistance—taking people on the change journey with you.

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of assigned projects
  • Developing project documentation, including business cases
  • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, ICT, and application users
  • Analysing and reporting on project and change progress, including risks, dependencies, and budget considerations

We’re hoping you’ll join our fantastic Whiddon family at Glenfield (Support Services) on a permanent full-time basis. Enjoy a hybrid working model (3 days in the office), giving you a positive work life balance.
