You’re looking for a rewarding role where your time, skills, and effort truly make a difference.

As an Admissions Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the daily workflow of the Admissions Team, providing sales guidance, financial assessment support, and managing enquiries with care and professionalism. You’ll handle escalations with empathy, meet regularly with site teams to review sales progress and KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents and their families.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service, communication, admin, and IT skills. Friendly and compassionate, you put people at ease. Experience with aged care systems, complaints handling, and a Community Services Case Management Diploma are also valued.

We are a not-for-profit organisation, but more importantly, we are like one big family and treat each of our residents, families, and team members with the same levels of passion, care, and respect.

We are hoping you will join our fantastic Whiddon Family in our Admissions Team, based at Glenfield on a permanent full-time basis working Monday to Friday 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm (can be flexible)
