We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our ICT team in a pivotal leadership role—overseeing daily ICT infrastructure and cloud teams, service experience, and cybersecurity resources.
Your proven ability to lead and inspire teams will be key to your success, as you support the operational execution of our Technology Strategy. This role involves close collaboration with both leadership and frontline teams to ensure seamless delivery, effective communication, and strong engagement—while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
You’re no stranger to being hands on and conducting root cause analysis and are adept at developing actionable recommendations and mitigation strategies. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you understand the importance of customer engagement and consistently deliver on stakeholder expectations.
As ICT Operations Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of activities that achieve daily and weekly service delivery goals. You’ll ensure service delivery meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations, ensure effective governance of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and optimise day-to-day activities to enhance efficiency and service quality.

THE ESSENTIALS
- Minimum 5 years in ICT operations or service delivery management.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong key stakeholder relationships.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing service delivery teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft platforms, networking, and enterprise systems.
- Experience in project management, change management, and vendor negotiations.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and best practice policies to support a modern digital environment.
