We’re looking for a sales & customer service super-star to join our growing team as an Admission Officer for our Aged Care Homes in NSW and QLD.

In this role, you’ll bring your expertise in sales and customer service to the team and gain valuable experience in one of Australia’s fastest-growing industries. We’re ideally seeking someone with experience in aged care sales, administration, revenue or admissions, with a strong background in administration and customer service.

This is an exciting and fast-paced role that requires exceptional communication and organisational skills. You will support multiple services across our organisation to maintain high occupancy levels by managing the customer journey from initial inquiry through to admission.

THE ROLE

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement as well as high-level capability in CRM use, data reporting, and confidence explaining financial information to a range of clients.  

You’ll work closely with our Residential Home Teams, Finance and Customer Service Teams to convert leads, complete admissions, and deliver a seamless customer experience, with opportunities for growth and impact across our organisation.

This is a full-time role with flexible working options, and some travel within NSW and QLD will be required.
